EASY CASTING ALL-AROUND TROUT LINE, with low-stretch, ultraclick performance.

The ELITE RIO PERCEPTION is an easy casting, general purpose fly line that casts nymphs, dry flies, streamers and soft hackles with ease. The short head makes this a particularly good line on smaller rivers and lakes when long distance line control is not necessary. The low stretch core gives incredible levels of sensitivity when casting and fishing, and provides enhanced detection of takes, faster hook sets, and far greater control when playing a fish.

In addition, this line is built with SlickCast, creating the slickest, most durable coating on the market—producing the least amount of friction ever measured in a fly line.

The demands of bonefishing require a balance of long and short casts with precise presentation. RIO’s Bonefish line does just that, starting with a medium-length front taper to improve turnover without sacrificing presentation, and a slightly longer back taper to smooth out the casting loop. The tropical AgentX coating combined with a Powerflex single-strand monofilament core and the new Extreme Slickness (XS) Technology results in longer casts and a line that will not wilt in most extreme tropical conditions. Includes a welded loop at both ends for easy rigging    RIO-Technologies  AgentXTraditionally, getting a fly line to float has required mixing tiny glass balls (called microspheres) into the lines coating.
