The Dog Days Gold is the perfect line when the air temps reach their peak on your favorite trout fishery or farm pond. Built with a hard coating and medium stiff core, the Dog Days Gold is perfectly equipped for those summer scorchers. Whether on an August float in the northern Rockies where the deck of the dirftboat bakes in the sun, trout fishing with hight heat indices of the Southeast, or casting bluegill on ponds during hot summer evenings, the Dog Days Gold is built to take on and protect against the hottest of air temperatures.
