RIO’s 9 Meter-Schussköpfe basieren auf den populären OutBound Short Schnüren. Sie laden die Rute schnell auf und werfen große Distanzen mit Leichtigkeit. Das Wurfgewicht liegt zwei Schnurklassen über dem AFTM-Standard. Es ist daher nicht nötig, eine oder zwei Schnurklassen höher auszuwählen.

Folgende Varianten sind erhältlich:
-floating
-intermediate (3-5 cm / s)
-sinking type 3 DC (8-10 cm/s)
-sinking type 6 DC (15-18 cm/s)
